Well Fidel sounds like he is in a bad way and gave up power, at least for now, to his brother Raul.
Is this it for him and the Communists? Can Raul carry on after Fidel expires? He’s 75 yrs. old, only 5 yrs younger then the boss.
The US will not end the embargo if Raul is the leader. Fidel has the cult of personality to control the military but might some enterprising General or other leader take over if Raul ascends?
