Fibromyalgia Help

Hi, I’m absolutely new to this.

I’m 21 and have been diagnosed wit fibromyalgia for years, I have had such a hard time and have become unable to work out. I need help getting not only back in shape, but healthy! I don’t know where to begin working out.

I’m 5’0 and a whopping 128 pounds. I want to lose aroud 15 pounds, HELP!

Well, if you want to lose weight it’s all about your diet. What do you eat like now? How long do you want to take to lose the weight?

You say you’ve become unable to work out. Are you talking heavy lifting or even a 5# weight and extended walking cause you pain? Have you talked with your doctor about what you should be doing to mitigate the pain? Any kind of rehab work?
