Hows it goin folks my question is concerning my fiber intake. I have to take colon pure everyday in order to get enough fiber in my diet. Seems like everytime after I eat I have to shit. I was wondering if anyone knew out there if I am still getting my nutrients and if my protein powders just goin down the toilet? any feedback would be appreciated

Did this start when you started taking the Colon pure? If so I’ll have to check this stuff out(I have the opposite problem). As far as I am concernd the faster you can elimanate the food from your body the better. You start to fell like shit if you only have a bowel movment once a week…
