Fiber count for carb content

If I have say a .5 cup of extra fiber all bran and im on the t-dawg diet should i count the fiber grams towards my carb count or just the “other carbs” towards my carb content for the day…

Look at the nutritional information on the box. Every gram of protein is 4 cal. Therefore, subtract the protein cals from the total cals per serving. Then, subtract the total fat cals per serving (from the total calories per serving). This will leave you with a leftover calorie number. Divide that by 4, and that’s the number of carb-grams you have that you will digest.

Don’t count fiber-it is not digested nor does it do a thing to blood sugar levels.
