I have a few questions about how to best incorporate Neural Charge Training into my routine that I couldn’t find answers to searching this board. My plan for the next 6 weeks is to do NCT in the AM and layer system workouts in the PM.
1.) Do you recommend doing a full warm up when doing a NCT session? I normally do a 10-15 min warm up, but I’m concerned that would be too much. You wrote that the NCT workout should be a max of 20 min, but I read that time constraint to be focused on the work sets and not warmup.
2.) When doing the barbell Neural Charge exercises, you recommend the emphasis being on speed. Am I correct in assuming the weights should be pretty light (50% of 1RM or less) for movements like the push press?
