Hi Shadow. I’ve been on tren for a year and using steroids for 2 years, competing in IFBB federation. I’ve never stopped the drugs, used some bold, mast, primo, tren ace (love this drug), all kinds of test and hgh till now.
Me and my wife decided to have a baby and… there is the problem… I did the sperm test while using some test prop + tren + hgh + t3 + t4 (just for the record) and the result was terrible, lesse than 100000, very very low… what should I do to recover fertility, if it is possible? Can I stay on test (TRT) and use some HCG to recover? It will work?
if you want to maintain fertility, you need to start using HCG. and like Flip said, you might need to go see a specialist to make sure you do it all right (if you’re willing to back off/come off the androgens)
there are tons of studies using testosterone and nandrolone in men as birth control, due to the significant decrease in sperm counts…

did he have his kids early on in his career?
i don’t think he really used much, until later on… he didn’t get that big until he was in his 30’s, i think.
but yeah, it is impressive. maybe AAS decreases sperm count, but makes crazy raged out sperm that are super strong and fast?!?

I’m 90% sure he had kids while he was winning Olympias. Several of them. I read a discussion about this recently. I think he has 8 children, and at least 3 were born during his reign as Mr Olympia.
EDIT: I only found confirmation of 5 or 6 children.
HCG can act as an FSH analog but a very weak one. Some guys can conceive with HCG alone, some can’t. If not, you’ll go on a SERM. You’ll probably want to take several months to allow sperm to mature before you try to drop a seed. I don’t see this as big of a problem, especially if you’re relatively young.
Every study I’ve seen on this, every single person became fertile again with n = thousands. One guy did take 2 years tho, and a handful took a year. Most take 3-6 months after starting HCG. It will be at least 3 months because that’s how long sperm cell maturation takes. There is no reason to believe steroids cause permanent infertility.
Another old wives tale is that you will have only daughters if you do have kids. Again, no evidence to support this. There was a thread on PM and there were actually slightly more sons (hundreds weighed in) than daughters born.
There is no theoretical or experimental basis to believe steroids cause permanent infertility or affect sex ratio. Bro science non-sense. It’s like extremist political forums where a bunch of psycho’s gather and it looks like there’s a lot of them but really it’s not even 1 in a million, they just all get together in the same place online. Same with these “horror” stories about infertility that are blamed on steroids. Pure speculation without any evidence to support it, and lots that undermines it.

I do have HCG and I plan to do some TRT test dose and 2 or 3 times 250IUs/ HCG per week for a while. I’m reading everything about it and I found several research dosing some HCG on people who have been purposely induced to hypogonadism and they recovered fertility, but it took a while… after 3 months they had recovered 50% of fertility and total recover happened after 6 to 12 months… sad but true, and they continued using test cip, of course, TRT dose.
I’ll think about using hmg, as Mr. Walkway said and after 3 months, I’ll do another sperm test, if it goes bad, I’ll consider going to a specialist. Thanks Guys, you’re very helpful, it’s hard to find a good forum with nice people like U!!!
Not yet man, but I’m seeing a doc, an expert, and I did 10 millions/ ml in my last sperm count. Did it with 350mg test/w and some bold and no HCG. Next friday (05/05) I’ll see my doc and he’s going to include some HCG and others… if you are interested, go back here and I’ll will give some feedback.

Fertility issues are the only thing about steroid use that worries me, so I’d really appreciate if you’d report back with how it’s gone for you.
thats right man. To feel like U are not capable to make a child, having a kid, is almost hell, very depressive and even if your wife compreend your situation, you’ll feel very guilty. Any subject that leads to having children and bumm… you’ll feel horrible. Steroids are awesome, they were and still are one of the best things in my life, but this fertility thing, particulary if you want to be a father, it’s crazy shit. You get confuse, just because you became a superman and, if you want to be a father, you’ll need to sacrifice almost everything you’ve done for it. In my case, my doc said that I can have a kid without going off completely, so… good for me, some guys cannot produce a single Spermatozoon when pinning anything related to steroids… so… next week I post some others things if you want man,
