From the info that has been presented on TMag it seems most guys should drop their bodyfat to no higher than 12% before going on a bulking cycle. What is everyone’s opinion on bodyfat percentage for a female before she can go on a bulking cycle? Input from some of the T-Vixens on here would be great.
Boss, I’d say that 12% on a guy is roughly equivalent to 18% on a female for purposes of bulking, though it boils down to how high she can handle her BF% being. Some women will drop to 16% BF and bulk until they hit 20% BF, at which point they do maintenance for a few weeks before starting a cutting cycle.
It will be interesting to see what everyone else’s thoughts are on the subject.
