I started doing snatches two weeks ago and my right trap has been consistently more sore than my left. Anyone have any experience with this? Is it the sorta thing that’ll even itself out or get worse if I keep going without trying to correct it?
practice snatches with a broomstick and emphasize on contracting your traps. For whatever reason you may not be using your other trap properly.
Maybe your right one was weaker and it’s catching up now
