Feeling sick on Velocity

Im on day two. Following it to the letter. Is it normal to feel sick as a dog? I just feel like plain ol shit. I dont assume Im already carb depleated since my forst day on it was a traiing day so I got carb with postworkout Surge. Is it just addiction to carbs?

Your body uses carbs for fuel and now has to switch over to fat. You should be fine in a week.
