I’m not in a relationship with my diet so no meal is cheating. I’m not fat, nor do I have a problem controlling myself if I decide to eat something less healthy.
I think it’s more likely to be an issue for former fat boys. As a FFB it’s taken me a while to get to the point I’m at now.
I’ll take squatting 600 lbs and having people move out of the way when I walk through the grocery store because they’re afraid to get between me and food.
Though I have a nasty feeling I’m going to have to start paying more attention in about 10 more lbs since that’s the top of my weight category. . . stupid eating right.
