High amounts of testosterone lower cortisol. You are being treated for a potentially severe disease because your body is unable to naturally produce sufficient cortisol.

Is your current dosage of dexamethasone MEDICALLY SUPERVISED?
Does the doctor that prescribed this dosage know you are taking DOUBLE the amount of testosterone you are supposed to be taking for trt?
Do your doctors know about the other shit you are taking - nolva, proviron etc? All of these have interactions and effects on your condition that none of us, not even the guys on the trt forum, know.
What do you mean by YOU THINK your estrogen is high as fuck? Acne is caused by abrupt hormonal CHANGES, not just estrogen.
Your lh, fsh levels are low because you are using exogenous testosterone. It will be the same on trt dosages. You will not be negatively affected as you are still getting sufficient test on the trt dosage.
Get off the excessive gear, go speak to your doctors. Then ask them to recommend a psychiatrist to you. You have a lot of issues.
