Feel Like Crap/Fatigue, Work/Stress, Lost 2 Pounds

As for those who thought I was lying when i was starting from the bottom in February see my post at the bottom here.

When i started training again in February i was 143 pounds. I had lost all of my gains because I had not trained since graduation in June 2013. I stopped eating , I was having one or two meals a day. I was depressed because I had no direction in life. I am just trying to get better and I think I have made progress. It is not great, but I am just trying to get better. As of a few weeks ago, I have exceeded where I was before. It’s been tough, but please, this next stage is to go up to that next level.
