I cut from april-now and lost about 15 lb.
In all honesty it was a poorly done cut.
It was my first time dieting and I could have been planned it out better.
I am eating 200 protein 120 carb and 50-75g fat and one cheat day per week.
Previously I was bulking on 3000 calories eating KFC, MCDS and not gaining any fat at 200lb. Now at 185lb Im eating 1900 and not even losing any fat. Im scared to even look at fast food now.
I want to bulk again and gain 10lbm over the next 9-12 months but how exactly should I adjust my diet ?
Is my new TDEE 1900 ?
Did i just screw my metabolism ?
How quickly can I add calories back in ?
Does fullness return after adding in the extra 100g carbs that I'm used to while bulking ?
Im thinking about bulking 12 weeks then cutting for 4 weeks. I lost the majority of my fat in the first month of dieting, is this a sensible approach ?
