Feeder Sets - Too Much Volume or Not?

About feeder sets

I know you have to do some 3 4 or more feeder sets until you make de working sets, but i think is so much volume until you make the working sets, or the feeder sets not depleted the glycogen from the muscle? or just the working sets are the real deal?

Working sets are the working sets. Feeder sets/warm up sets are there to get you ready for the working sets.

It depends on the lift. If you’re going to leg press 10 plates, you need 3 or 4 feeder sets; leg pressing a couple plates for a couple reps is not going to fatigue you, though. If you’re about to curl 25 lbs. dumbbells, you definitely don’t need 3 or 4 feeder sets.
