I am friends with a fairly wealthy family. The parents go to Hawaii every year and usually invite people close to them. This means they pay for first class airfare, a large room at the 5 star resort where they always stay, and pretty much any other expenses.
One of their daughters just had a baby (7 months old). They invited her and her husband and, of course, the baby. From the beginning the husband refuses to sleep in the same room as the baby. The parents won’t spring for the extra room so the husband doesn’t have to stay in the same room as the baby.
The husband will not even consider going if there is not an extra room and this puts the his wife in a tough situation. Just wondering what you think of this?
