Feedback on Routine?

I’m new to the board, but have been reading the site for about a year. This is truly the best resource I have ever found. I was hoping I could get some feedback on my current routine. I am training for fitness, but want both strength and endurance. I’m very busy and have lousy sleep so I have some recovery problems when I train too much. The good thing is that my nutrition is excellent. My current routine incorporates the squat and deadlift program prescribed in Ian King’s bring the pain part 2 and CT’s energy system training. Any feedback would be great.

Monday:
Squats 3 x 8, 120 RI
Set 1 pause at bottom
Set 2, 1 ? squat
Set 3, explosive
Shoulder Press, 3 x 6-8, 90 RI
Set 1, wide grip
Set 2, medium grip
Set 3, dumbbells
chins, 3 x 6-8, 90 RI
Set 1, wide overhand grip
Set 2, medium overhand grip
Set 3, parallel grip
Dips 3 x 6, 90 RI
Abs/ Calves

Wednesday
800 meter warm up, 120 RI
2 x 400 meter warm up, 90 RI
6 x 400 meter run

Friday
Deadlift 3 x 6-8, 120 RI
Set 1, pause at knees
Set 2, 11/4 deadlift
Set 3, snatch pull
Incline Press 3 x 6-8, 90 RI
Set 1, wide grip
Set 2, medium grip
Set 3, dumbbells
Barbell Rows 3 x 6-8, 90 RI
Set 1, wide grip
Set 2, medium grip
Set 3, dumbbells
Abs/ Calves

Sunday
800 meter warm up, 120 RI
