Here are three different reps from three different sets that vary by angles/weight on my Romanian deadlifts. The movement feels generally right but I don’t know what to look for regarding technicality. I’m brand new to this lift. ANY and all feedback is welcome.
RDLs are about shifting your pelvis/butt back behind you as far as possible. Focus on doing that and you’ll be just fine.
I like the cue “stick your ass out of a window 2 feet/1 metre behind you”
