Feedback on RDL Technique

My only advice would be to keep your neck neutral.

Yep. Pick a point on the floor about 8 feet in front of you and don’t take your eyes off of it.

Get a more solid lockout by squeezing your glutes and pushing your hips into the bar.

Other than that, your form looks great. Nice work.

Also, your adam’s apple appears to be unstable, you may want to wear a belt on there to protect it.
