Feedback on my Diet Plan for Leanbulk!

Hello TN.

I just wanted to get some feedback on this dietplan and see what ur response are.

I am 21 years 1.77 high and my weight is 75 kilo with a BF on like 11-12%

Morning

100g Oats
50g 90% whey protein
300 ml milk

(little meal between morning and lunch )

rye bread 100g
1 Avocado
40g raisins

Lunch

40g broccoli
40g asparagus
25g Almonds
100g chicken breast
100g pasta

Preworkout

1 Banana
40g Raisins
20g Almonds

Postworkout
BCAA
HMB
35g 90% whey prot
30g Dextrose
30g Maltodextrin

Dinner

40g broccoli
40g asparagus
25g Almonds
100g chicken breast
100g pasta

Bedtime

50g Kasein
10g Rapeseed oil

Proteins 245g Carbs 370 Fat 78
