We are opening a barbell club in San Diego, either in the College area or near the Cowles Mt. I am looking for some feedback from those already training at a barbell club or CrossFit affiliate. What do you like/don’t like about your current club? What could be better? Don’t hold back.
A little bit about what we plan on offering: We plan on offering multiple training programs, or “tracks”, for members to follow. There will be beginner programs, a strength programs, and conditioning programs. We will be affiliated with CrossFit so we can offer that program, but we want to be a more diverse club. We also plan on offering services for Veterans, i.e. membership scholarships, peer mediation/support groups and training programs for the disabled.
