Favourite Variation of The Big 6

Of course there might be some different opinions on what those are, I personally beliave they are the deadlift, squat, bench press, pullup, row and overhead press. All have there many variations, what’s your favourite? Here are mine…

Romanian Deadlift (I really feel that in my hamstrings)
ATF back squat (as low as I can)
Slight Incline DB BP
Towel or Rope Pullups
BO Row
DB Military Press

I thought the big six were:

Snatch
Clean
Jerk
Bench
Squat
Deadlift.

Usually you combine C&J and have five lifts for a supertotal.

Along those lines I like.

Olympic snatch
C&J
Push press
Board presses
ATG Front Squats
Tarp Bar DL and Snatch Grip DL.
