Favourite Program

Out of curiousity, what is your favourite program? If you design your own please post one.

Personally, I enjoy push/pull workouts. I think TC’s new one is pretty good.

I am a big fan of the madcow 5x5.

yea? i find it to repetitive. i need more variety.

I design my own program, and it’s composed 8 different months with different workouts ranging from HSS-100 to EDT to Dynamic Effort. The reason why I made my program like this is because it takes very long to complete an 8-month cycle, which means I’ll never get bored.
