Favourite Pressing Exercises for Medial Delts?

I’m asking about presses because I’ve been pretty unsucessful with raise variations

Only interested in maximum medial development. Don’t care about frontal, rear, traps or tris, and will compromise them all for medial head development

I don’t really understand that logic but anyway… A lot of people have issues w/ their traps taking over on lateral raises. Try “lean away” lateral raises or cable laterals w/ the cable behind your back.

As far as presses go BTN are good for moving more emphasis to medial delt. I just wouldn’t go under 8 reps for fear of injury.
