Favourite Conditioning Drills

pretty creative but the whole clean to a press then back squat… just a normall circuit. Here is some good conditioning after a DE day of lifting.

about 4x70 yards progression sprints once you hit 70 turn around and progression sprints again no rest inbetween!
4x100 yards progression sprints.
then do 20x25 yard suicides

This will really get your lungs a burning and puking up! or try prowler suicides those always seem to work.
