Favorite Workout Songs

I was making a new playlist for my workout tomorrow and I was just curious what others like to get motivated. Right before DC training Widowmakers Back in Black is great.

Gonna Fly Now (Rocky theme)
Eye of the Tiger
Anvil of Crom (Conan theme)

austrian death machine- total brutal.

25hr fitness, for one extra hr of WORKING OUT!!!

arnold schwarzenegger and metal is a great combo XD

agreed, back in black is great, anything from that album and any of ac/dc is good. Lose yourself by eminem is pretty good to train to.

My husband listens to Suicide Silence for DC widowmakers

If I listen to anything, it’s Atheist’s album Elements.

I Stand Alone by Godsmack is a must! When ever im going for a Max or a PR Ill put that on loop. Lots of other really good GS songs too.

Odd how this actually more than one band combining Arnold and Metal. Arnocorps is another…but Austrian Death Machine is heavier and better in my opinion.

Incredible band…although I was always more partial to their “Unquestionable Presence” album. And if you like them, you need to check out Cynic.

Lamb of God - What I’ve Become, 11th Hour, Beating on Death’s Door

Metallica - Broken, Beat and Scarred, Master of Puppets

Megadeth - Holy Wars, Hangar 18

In Flames - Clayman, Pinball Map

Arch Enemy - Dead Eyes See No Future, Burning Angel

Lifting:
Breaking benjamin - Blow me away
necro ft. jamey jasta - push it to the limit

Shinedown - Crying out

And many many more

Cardio songs:
Any rocky theme songs
The worlds greatest - R kelly
I can go the distance - the hercules songs…
They somehow get me to look at the bigger picture when i do my cardio drills, gets me pumped up for my next competition somehow :stuck_out_tongue:

Parkway Drive, As I Lay Dying, or Emmure = PRs.

X2

The best lifting song ever!!

I was gonna try to contribute, but then I looked in my ipod and realized all of my workout songs can be found in a gay dance club on regular rotation…

Get to the Choppa is one of my favorite workout songs now.

I’d contribute more to the thread, but I think this topic has been done to death.

This should be an interesting thread. I don’t think we have discussed this before.

Dude, it’s been like a week already. That means it’s time for another thread about it. Duh!

Again, I’d contribute more songs, but my mind is totally preoccupied with trying to find pants that fit my heeyouooge legs.

But I thought you were cutting? Or did you decide to bulk?

The pounding drums of this track
