I have been running a twice a week template, 85% TM, 5's pro, 5x5 FSL and am really loving it. I also run hills twice a week and stretch everyday. I recently got married and started school and this set up has let me still train without too much thought or worry. I was wondering if you had any 4-6 week "simple" go-to variations you use with your althetes. I'd love to do some of the challenges but I need to focus on other things at the moment.
