Favorite Upper/Lower Split?



I want to get back into lifting. I need to lose some weight first and I like upper/lower splits.

Can you guys recommend a upper/lower split program for weight loss, and hopefully a similar one to switch to once I've lost a similar amount of weight in order to gain mass?

I did a search for upper/lower splits but it's hard to find an article on TMuscle that specifically talks about one (or maybe I just suck at searching...).

This is a solid template.

For more fat loss, add some cardio right after training a few days a week and tighten up your nutrition.

For mass, follow it as-is and eat appropriately.
