Nate is right on, I would only add power snatch and one arm DB snatch

Oh yeah, those too! I saw quite an improvement after doing many one-arm dumbbell/kbell snatches! I did regular snatches too, but the kbells were better for me.

Making sure that i keep tempo of 1-2-1 on rear delt flyes totally frys my rear delts. Before stumbling on this site i never had any tempo idea, what a differnce that makes, can’t use as much weight but damn squeezing out for 2 seconds at the top of the movement - Fantastic!
