Sriracha is definitely the shit. It’s pretty big here in Hawaii.
For now, i’m loving tapatio, highly recommended by all my hispanic friends hehe. one of the few vinegar-free hot sauces out there. put it on my eggs, meat and sandwiches.
Tapatio is good and Siracha is a bit too hot you really have to use it sparingly and its hard to get a good homogenous mix unless you cook with it. My personal all around put on everything to make it taste good is Cholula. I ate so much Tabasco in the Army the smell alone turns my stomach.
