Favorite Grip/Rep Range for Chins?

for me its semi-supinated grip, just outside shoulder width. full ROM, adding 45lbs on dip belt. 3 sets 4-6 reps. some partner help if im struggling too much on last reps.

I use all of them in my workouts, usually 4 or 5 sets. It takes a lot out of me so i put back as my first workout of the week.
