Favorite Complexes

I have not seen a thread about this so I figured I’d start one. What are some of your favorite complexes?

I do these a bunch…

8 reps 5 sets or more if I can
RDL
BO row
hang clean
OH press
lunges
OH squat
jump squat

and I do stuff like this but these would be heavier and be 3 reps 5 or 6 sets or something like that
BO row
HIgh Pull
Hang Snatch

or

Snatch grip dead
Snatch grip High Pull
Hang snatch

I like to use DBs. 5 reps each for 5 rounds

Pushups
DL
Bent row
Hang clean
Press

And

DL
Lunge
1 arm snatch
1 arm clean & press

Power clean x 1
Front squat x 1
Push press x 1
Back squat x 1
Push press x 1

5-7 reps equals “one round.”

Do for 5 rounds…resting 60 secs. in between rounds(just like a fight). I do these twice a week in place of heavy lifting when getting ready for comps…will be experimenting with these more often for overall conditioning/fat loss.

5x5 with same poundage or start light and work down adding weight each time 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

I tried this one yesterday it was fucking brutal. I changed a bit however I went 8,6,4,2 reps 60 sec rest in between.
