Favorite Cardio Exercise/Machine?

Alternating Single Waves
Double Waves
Side to Side Waves
Squat Waves
Outer Arm Circles
Inner Arm Circles
Jumping Jacks

Any complex (barbell, sandbag, kb) paired with a loaded carry has got to be one of my favorites… not sure if this is the correct use of the word favorite. The combination of the higher rep complex work followed by a heavy carry seems to leave me crushed but strong feeling, if that makes any sense. I’d include sandbag runs and prowler pushes in the loaded carry category for this case.
