Favorite Breakfast

1 Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles - 560 cals
2 Sausage McMuffin - 740 (dollar menu)
1 Sausage Biscuit - 430 (dollar menu)
1 Hash brown - 150
2 Apple pies - 500 (dollar menu)
Medium OJ (need to keep it healthy) - 180

Sometimes I would get a Sundae but not always so I will not count it.

I used to have that pretty much every weekend, and suffice it to say I am a McFatty presently.

My favorite breakfast… is the one I make every damn day, it doesn’t get old.

1st Breakfast: 8:00
3-4 omega eggs
with a ton of Molly Mcbutter cheese flavor sprinkles. (Can’t live without it)
2-4 oz sausage patties
1 Scoop Whey Protein Shake (Chocolate Mint flavored) with ice, and 1/4 cup grits mixed in.

2nd Breakfast 10:00 AM is another protein shake with blueberries in it or on the side.

6 whole eggs
1 cup oats
2 cups whole milk
3 Flameout

low carb tortilla
3 whole eggs
3 slices of canadian bacon
about 3oz spinach
chipotle tabasco sauce

uber tasty.

Shit…I really gotta start eating.

I’ve had 1/2 cup oatmeal, however much milk, and some blueberries. Nuked.

Then a protein shake with milk and Grow! Whey

I think I’m gonna start upping my oatmeal to a cup.

4 JUMBO egg omelette with bell peppers, mushrooms,cheese and diced potoatoes. Sometimes add onion. This shit is fire,and does not get old.

I usually have to get breakfast done and down the hatch pretty quickly since i leave for work at 5:30, so this seems to do the trick.

I usually have 2 cups of oatmeal + scoop of whey with either a glass of oj or some blueberries throw in the oats. Then some almonds or a tablespoon or two of some light tasting olive oil.

Yet my favorite as of late is what I had this morning homemade blue berry pancakes, with real maple syrup on the side. 2 whole eggs(one used in pancakes), glass of oj+egg whites n creatine. I posted this in another thread here’s a pic.

100+carbs and around 50 grams protein, like I said before anabolic enough?

6-8 oz piece of sirloin steak
some onion
some spinich
some mushrooms
all cooked in coconut oil
topped with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

and sometimes 1/2 - 1 cup oats with 1-2 scoops of protein

Ahh I usually have something in that ball park for dinner:D gotta get them proteins,veggies and fats before bed:D.

Bacon weave with a pound of sausage, cheese and 6 to 8 eggs…

I have the same thing everyday,

6 whole eggs over easy
2 cups of milk
1 English Muffin
1 cup of oats

Had it for breakfast!

2 eggs, whip with some half&half

chopped up 2cups of spinach

finely diced some onion, about 2tblspns

2tblspns blanched, slivered almonds

heated a cast iron skillet with olive oil and about a tspn of butter and sauteed the onions. I dumped in the spinach and added a little more oil.

once the spinach wilted I poured in the beaten eggs.

when almost done I added the almonds

so good.
