Favorite Breakfast


1/2 cup oatmeal (nuked with 1/2 cup of water)
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
1 banana (very ripe)
1/4 teaspoon peanut butter
1.5 cups of ice
0.5 cups of cold water


Mmmm mmm mmm good.


1/4 teaspoon of pb? Is that even worth the time to measure out lol?

I’ll stick with my steak and eggs while you drink your breakfast.


Thats pretty much my breakfast without the ice. I also substitute ext virg olive oil instead of peanut butter. throwing in a yogurt from time to time if i feel my calories are getting too low.


It doesn’t get much better than steak and eggs.


I like having sex for breakfast. And then having pancakes as a PSM right afterwards to replenish glycogen.


1.5 cups of oats, topped with a bit of milk and a scoop of Metabolic Drive


protein powder,
ground flaxseed,
coconut oil,
peanut butter,
All blended

Washed down with Flameout.


1.5 cup oats
2 cups whole milk
4 whole eggs




Here is what I have been eating lately for breakfast.

2 cups steel cut oats
1 ancho chili pepper crushed to a powder
teaspoon of cinnamon
pinch of salt, pinch of sugar
1 diced up jalepeno
1/2 cup dried cranberries or blueberries

Cook the oats in water for 20 mins. Turn off and add the crushed ancho pepper, jalepeno and all other ingredients. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

I will get 3 portions out of this. I heat it up in the morning and have it with 2 over easy eggs. I let the yolks run into the oats.
Sometimes I will dice an apple and throw that in also.

Good carb and protien meal and it’s hot.


I enjoy
1 cup of of oats
sliced banana, pineapple, apple, blueberries and grapes, with 2 packets of splenda for sweetness, and a tsp of salt. This with 1/4 cup of milk, the rest water, all nuked in a micro for 2 minutes. than I scramble 2 whole eggs and 3 whites with usually 3 ounces of shrimp and 3 ounces of chicken and a diced red bell pepper.
cant forget the coffee.


Well, my favorite breakfast and my usual breakfast are two very different things.

Favorite - 4 Multigrain Pancakes, Western Omelette, 4 Slices Wheat Toast, Fruit Bowl w/ Yogut

Usual (High Carb Day) - 1 1/2 cup liquid egg whites w/ peppers and onions, 1 1/2 cup oats w/ stevia & cinnamon


Before work every day I eat fruits & yogurt, as well as 2 chicken breasts.

However, the best breakfast is always as follows

Real home fries/ hash browns… whatever
Pancakes or Waffles



Most you guys need to eat up. This is my cutting breakfast:

5 egg omelet:
Turkey Bacon

Bowl of Oatmeal:
1 C Blueberries
1 Scoop Grow! Whey


steak and eggs with butter milk pancakes at IHOP


3 hard boiled eggs, 200g cottage cheese, apple , carrot , half a liter of milk, few slices of bread.


1/2 cup oatmeal (/w 1/2 cup water nuked)
2 mangoes (pitted and peeled)
1 scoop Metabolic Drive (used to be called Grow!)
1.5 cups ice
1/2 cup water

Blended together.


Chicken wings.

I eat ten(twenty when split) nearly every morning. Frank’s Extra Hot and a bit of whatever other hot sauce you have on hand for extra heat. Lately I’ve taken to one called ‘Ass Blaster’.

I pity you poor schmucks with your cold oats and protein powders.
