I think somebody recommended this one somewhere in the huge AD thread:
spray some Whipped Heavy Cream into a bowl, and top it off with some whole flax seeds. correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe that counts as a zero-carb dessert, either because the carbs in the flax are all fiber or because the whole seeds are not digested (or both?). i've used this one in a pinch before.
another quick snack (if you might notice, i'm really into quick snacks...i eat something about 12 times a day) would be a spoonful of natural peanut butter. two tablespoons come to 4g of carbs, discounting fiber.
