Fats and a Game Plan

I’ve been doing a convenience diet for the most part. I eat 5-6 meals a day and stay around 2300 to 2600 calories a day.

I have in all honesty been to lazy to really measure out each single calorie to have a specific total but I’ve done this sort of thing in the past and have had success. But, right now I wanna start getting a better game plan and finish the rest of this weight out appropriately.

I eat about 2 protein bars a day as is, and the rest of the day I’ll eat tuna,96%lean ground beef or skinless chicken breasts. What would be a good choice for a supplement for my fat intake? And about how many of these fishy smelling bastards should I consume in a day. And do they count towards total caloric value for one day?

Flameout, olive oil, coconut oil, and nuts in general. The count towards your total calories. Try to get at least 80g of healthy fats in your diet total.
