Fatigued

Man I took 3 days off to let my body recover from training over the holidays, and I could barely move today in the gym. I didn’t even eat bad this weekend. I basically slept. Today I go in and try to train, and I basically feel like shit. The crazy thing is I got a huge pump with doing very little. Whats up with this?

Take a week off and start something low volume.
