Fatigued Muscles

Hi, Gang. I'm confused on how to work the muscles
to fatigue. If I'm benching 200lb for 10 reps-2 sets

how will I know when I'm at the point of fatigue
and would my second set have fewer reps because
of fatigue? I'm really confused on this. gyroflex

Your muscles begin to fatigue after the first rep...

Yes, the more sets/reps you do the more fatigue you accumulate and thus the harder it becomes to perform exercises with heavy weight for the same number of reps for that muscle group. (Run-on sentence, I know.)
