Just FYI, if anyone lives in north houston tx and needs a newbie partner let me know.

I’ll be updating it daily. Any feedback on the diet will be appreciated. Going for maximum fat loss!

Day 0

Went grocery shopping today to get supplies. Diet will be as follows.

Meal 1:

  • Three Egg Whites
  • 1 Banana
  • Protein Shake

Meal 2:
-Can of Tuna (In Water)
-Handful of Almonds
-1 Avocado

Meal 3:
-Chicken Breast
-Steamed Broccoli
-Protein Shake

Meal 4:
-Can of Tuna (In Water)
-Handful of Almonds
-1 Peach

Meal 5:
-Protein Shake
-Cottage Cheese

Haven’t had time to calculate the calories in all of this. I will update tomorrow

Forgot to add the flax seed oil/ multi vitamin/ and fish oil supplements.
