Fat to Fire ??

I started Fat to Fire last night and the workout does appear to be everything it’s cracked up to be. I made it through 5 sets and that last set was rough. However, I was using more than 50% of my 1RM.

I’m just wondering what problems or things you noticed while using this program? What types of things did you run into and how did you adjust?

On a side note, it was kind of funny to see some of the looks I got when I was doing wood choppers and hanging leg raises w/Pike. I’m definitely more unorthodox than others at my gym in terms of lifting styles.
