Anyone have any good recommended substitutions for the Medicine Ball Wood Choppers in Fat to Fire. My gym in it infinite wisdom doesnt have medicine balls.
Also, does anyone happen to have a spreadsheet to log weights, reps, and times for Fat to Fire. I can whip one up but if someone had already made one that would be great
