Fat Table

Anyone remember which article (or perhaps it was a “Cool Tip”) had a great table of percents of saturated, mono unsat, poly unsat for a number of foods (flax, almonds, walnuts, salmon, etc. etc.)?

Searching didn’t get me very far (which is odd).


It was in a Cool Tip quite a while ago…I looked in the archives but couldn’t find it. The Cool Tips there only go back to November and I think it was earlier than that.
