I have a problem that I hope a Bill Roberts or another T-Staffer can help me with. I find that a 50-35-15 ratio of carb-pro-fat works best for me as far as good body composistion. However, my sex drive seems to lag. If I increase to 20% fat, my sex drive improves, but I quiickly notice an increase in body fat. Any opinions on what I should do, it’s frustrating. Conflict of interests ya know?
Decreasing calories will always cure fat
gain (except when at what is for you
an extremely lean condition.) It may be
that you personally cannot have as many calories on
a higher fat diet as you can get on the
lower fat diet.
