Ya lower your carb intake slightly. The exercises that work well obviously are leg raises, reverse crunches, but the best one is lower body rotation on the floor, 25 each side 3X, every other day.

Lower your carb intake, just remember to up your fat and protein intake a little if you go this route…try HOT-ROX Extreme…or if your REALLY desperate do the Velocity Diet for a couple days…
