If you are in good health to begin with a product like HOT-ROX Extreme is safe and highly effective. If you have some pre-existing kidney or health condition then you shouldn’t use or thoroughly research any supplement you plan on using.

It also depends on your current state. If you have quite a bit of fat then a product like HOT-ROX won’t have as much bang for buck effect. But if yo are trying to rip that last little layer off then you will really notice the rox. Plus you use all the effects:

1)thermogenic
2)anti-catabolic
3)hunger supresison

So if you have a gut then stick to good fish oil, lots of green tea, spinach and 400m sprints.

Unless of course you have cash to wipe your as with then, purchase away. don’t forget the BCAA.

Im curious where this thought came from the whole HOT-ROX wont work for the obese trainee. Why would it not??

Yes they can lose fat much safer than a more lean subject due to them carrying a lot of excess fuel ( hell I did it without a thermo from 300-215) But adding in the HOT-ROX they in theory should be able to shed blubber at an ALARMING rate and not worry so much about losing LBM.

Sure they need to get the habits in place a good diet etc. #1 but I dont see why one if wanting to lose larger amounts of FAT and they have the diet in place would not benefit from HOT-ROX or like products.

My initial thought upon reading the post was that the inquiry was targeting digestive enzymes targeting fat in foods, which most certainly do exist…

wow thanks for all the replies. erm i just wanan burn off the last layer of baby fat thats on my waist.it jus dnt come off.erm what i got isnt HOT-ROX, iots something that mum used and she lost the fat all right.

but i just wanted to know about the side effect cos i heard it could kill people no matter how healthy or unhealthy you are.maybe its just a myth.thansk for all the advice

Two things Chris-

  1. Anyone can benefit from HOT-ROX. Anyone. You can use it to limit fat gain during a bulk or to cut fat, no matter how fat you are.

  2. HOT-ROX is not an appetite suppressant. If you experienced these effects it was a placebo effect.

Two things:

  1. These things called words, you know the ones created a long time ago, really have more letters in them then you are using, and distinct spellings that also should be considered.

  2. What product did your mother use?

HRX, and regular HOT-ROX both have Yohimbine Hcl, which is an appetite suppressant. Maximum Strength HOT-ROX doesn’t.

Appetite suppression is not the main focus of Yomimbine, it’s a slight side effect.

Holy shit. I sure as fuk am not saying that big fat fatties can’t benefit from HOT-ROX. They will likely benefit a ton, but…

I’ve had trainees on HRX before and the very over wieght ones tell me they “don’t see it working” and other things like that. Many people buying supplements want to “see” or “feel” it working, placebo or not.

So because MOST people are consumer-minded I often don’t pop obese people on HOT-ROX but instead things like BCAA, HCl (they can ‘feel’ this shit) and fishoil etc. cheap shit (BCAA, not included).

So they do work, very well indeed, but most people will feel they are getting their moneys worth if they take it while seeing abs coming through. Plus I find Obese trainees have an easy as hell time retaining muscle mass on creatine and BCAA unitl they get sub 12 for men and sub 18 for ladies. This is DEXA scan as well.

Oh and yohimbe products all act as strong appetite suppressants. The raspberry extract also functions in this fashion. It may or may not be the intended function but it is an equally dependable side effect.

Sorry for the confusion lads,

it would help if you gave some idea exactly what substance you want to know about
