Fat Loss Stack - Sea Kelp, Tyrosine, Selenium

I recall one of the coaches here, maybe Thibadeau, recommending this stack during a fat loss phase, but I can’t recall the dosing and can’t find the thread. I’ve used it in the past and like it, but I just can’t recall the doses of each supplement. Can anyone help?

No one has any idea? I guess I’ll just ask Thib…

Don’t know about the stack, but I’ve been using a kelp tablet containing 150mcg iodine and have dropped 6 lbs in the past 5 weeks.

Most notable, at least to me is that my activity level has been nil due to an injury.
