Fat Loss Questions!

Hey guys, I have been looking around the forums and read 7 habits and
t-dawg 2.0 ect, but I was wondering if there was a diet plan that was more hardset, i.e it tells you the percentage of what foods you should be taking ( 30% protein or whatever)

If someone could just give me the name or a link I would be eternally gratefull!
Thanks.

Just follow the T-dawg… Are you honestly going to calculate out 35% protein, 40% carbs, and 25% fat and follow that gram-to=gram every day? Thats how people get burned out.

T-Dawg is very structured you simply have to do the math for yourself. It tells you the k/cal level as well as the carbs allotted and when to have them. You then subtract the intake from the carbs and whats left you use as protein and fat. It also give the protein amount so then subtract that the rest is fat

Bingo

Best of luck
