Iam currently active military (usmc). Before i joined about a year ago i was in shape muscle/strength wise. My cardio is better now from all thr running we do. i would like if some one can give me a program to do that will increase my lean mass,strength but also help increase my run time or not decrease it if possible. I gained more fat than i would like due to MRES.
The gyms in the corp are top notch so i can do just about any workout possible. Any body with some good workouts the will help get me back the physique i once had and also increase my performance all around would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
