Fat Loss Diet Help?

Hello, right now I am around 275 pounds with i would say around 30%bf and the reason is during the lockdown I gained a lot of pounds! Now I want to start a diet and drop the weight slowly ,i was thinking to start with 300carbs,250pr and 60 gr fat and split this in 5-6 meals a day ,and every other week drop 25 grs of carbs! is the 300grs a good amount to start of?
