Fat Loss, Back on the Weights

Ive just started a new job in september as a school teacher, im 23 and physically strong and fit (ish). I had to move away from my weight training partner to get the job and subsequerntly my trainng programme went down the pan. We were in an intense programme with protein and PH supplementation for a year, and i looked pretty good (by my own standards).

Ive bought a bunch of cutting supps lately, sesamin, laviathon reloaded, Alpha Male and Reset AD. I know there not the best but there a start.

Could anyone give me a bit of advice around the training programme i’d need to loose abit of fat and keep lean tissue?
